Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a DairyPro account or using the DairyPro platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Billing

DairyPro offers a Free plan at no cost. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise agreed. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, interfere with the service's operation, or resell the service without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

DairyPro and its underlying technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your farm data. By using the service, you grant DairyPro a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows with advance notice. In the event of service disruption, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

DairyPro is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DairyPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with 30 days notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
